I this my wisdom teeth, i am in pain, should i get dentist appointment 2moro or wait?

I have a lump past my 2nd molar, and there is a gap growing in the between the base of the 2nd molar and the gum behind it. My gum there is sore to the touch. There is no room for another tooth there. I have been offered a dentist appointment on the 14th April, but they also said if i was in pain i could get an emergency one tomorrow. I dont want to seem like a hyopchondriac but i think waiting over a month is ridiculous when it is sore like this.

What do you think? Should i get the emergency appointment 2moro?

you had better get to the dentist soon as it sounds as though you have an infection in your gum and probably will require an antibiotic to treat it before any dental work can be carried out
Reply:Yeah, get an appointment soon. Make sure everything is okay.
Reply:the sooner you see a dentist the sooner you feel better does that not seem right?
Reply:Yes you def should see a dentist ASAP
Reply:I would go to that appointment it is only going to get worst than better. When my molar was like that I put off seeing the dentist (I'm chicken) and it just got worse. The pain was terrible. If you can get in then you better take it, if their not going to pull it they can give you some meds for the pain until they do pull it.
Reply:That's a real easy one. Take the emergency appointment tomorrow.
Reply:Silly girl,make an appointment,for "Tooth-hurty". xxx
Reply:Its not going to get any better. go as soon as possible. Ouch!!!!
Reply:It is better to get it checked immediately. Hope this link helps you with all information regarding your teeth.Try out http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/ for more details.
Reply:A month is too long but that is not untypical nowadays (longer sometimes). If you are in serious pain/it keeps getting worse then you will need to contact an emergency dentist. This is the London contact. Google for other parts of the country.
