Help-I have a tooth emergency!?

My dentist says I have a tooth that needs to come out because of the other tooth coming to grow. It's not wiggly because the gums are holding it tight because it's supposed to be the permanent one, but it's not, so it will hurt when I try to take it out.

How do I minimize the pain when she pulls out my very tight tooth?

HELP!!!

Help-I have a tooth emergency!?
I've had several teeth pulled, and so have my kids, and none of us experienced a bit of pain. They will numb the area, and you won't even feel it. Don't worry at all.
Reply:they will normally use a local anesthetic.
Reply:you should let your dentist take it out. It will probably hurt a bit but they will give you something to make it hurt less.
Reply:When the dentist pulls it out, she'll use a painkiller. Don't worry - modern pain medications are very effective and it won't hurt like you think it will.
Reply:Dentists use anesthetics for precisely that reason. Your dentist will give you a shot of novocaine to numb the area around the tooth and when it is being pulled, you will feel pressure, but not pain.
Reply:You might want to take some medicine beforehand.

And I also strongly recommend arnica(it can be taken with any OTC medicine). It is homeopathic and can be found at most health food stores. It is highly recommended for any and all dental procedures.
