Incessant tooth pain?

I've been having non-stop pain in my bottom teeth in the front. I went to the dentist on an emergency visit. He took xrays and came to the conclusion that he doesn't really know what's happening. He wants me to come back in in 3 weeks and get a cleaning because tartar might be piercing my gums, or it could be that I grind my teeth at night. Pretty much, he sent me home and told me to take advil. I'm still in pain and its driving me crazy! What should I do???

Incessant tooth pain?
yeah buddy i went through this twice, its called gingivitis, and trust me it hurts, you gotta keep up at getting them clean and floss daily and ask your dentist for a perscription mouth rinse to use instead of listerene
Reply:Take "Sinutabs" that should fix it
Reply:SEEK A SECOND OPINION IF YOU NOT STILL HAPPY, IT IS NOT SINUSITUS THIS ONLY AFFECTS TOP BACK TEETH!!!!

DONT TAKE MEDICATION CONTINUOUSLY...TAKE MY ADVICE SEEK A SECOND OPINION
